CONGRATULATIONS everybody!! The Reading Period is now over. We continue to be blown away by your determination, enthusiasm and spirit, and so would like to say a massive ‘Thank You’ to everyone who took part. You should be extremely proud of yourselves!
Last year, thanks to the tireless reading efforts of teachers and kids just like you, the Irish MS community benefitted from €1 million worth of services. We have high hopes for this year and our army of bookworms! So how did you fare? Did you meet the challenge and manage to read your height in books? A challenging mission we must admit, but we’d love to see how you got on. Why not send us in a photo of your proud self next to the stack of conquered books?! Even better, why not tell us about your favourite?
While reading in itself is an extremely big part of this campaign, remember that every euro counts so make sure to encourage your nearest and dearest to sponsor you. We are extremely grateful for all the money you raise, and SO proud of you for helping others - for this reason we’ll be giving each and every one of our stupendous readers a gift as a token of our appreciation. And that’s not all - don’t forget that every booklover who raises €100 or more will be entered into a draw, with the chance of winning a FABULOUS new Apple iPad!
