My Mum has MS
Hi Abigail here,
You may remember me from last year when I told you a little about my family and what its like to have a Mum with Multiple Sclerosis.
My Mum got MS before I was born so I’ve always known Mum was a little different. At the beginning it was scary but we got some books from MS Ireland when I was seven and that helped me understand MS better.
My Mum was quite sick over the year. She had two relapses which meant that she was extra tired, her eye sight when a little blurry for a while and had to use her stick to help her walk. We drove to the shops one day and Mum’s eyesight went so blurry she had to call my uncle to come and pick us up. Read more from Abigail.
