Teacher Resource Pack
The Teacher Resource Pack has been devised as an accompaniment to the MS READaTHON. The pack includes lesson plans for you to use in class and we have identified where each lesson will fit into the curriculum. Don't worry, we want you to have fun too so the activity sheets will take care of that!
We have developed this resource because we feel it is crucial for pupils to be able to understand exactly what MS is and more importantly, why they are raising money for people with MS. We want this pack to help pupils connect with the more personal side of the MS READaTHON; supporting families with MS in Ireland.

School Visit Programme
We want you to take full advantage of this unique opportunity for your class to learn about MS.
Our MS READaTHON Ambassadors have been specially selected from right across Ireland and trained to teach your school about MS and how taking part in the MS READaTHON helps families with MS in your community. We want your class to get the best possible information, which is why all of our ambassadors are either living with MS themselves or have a relative or close friend with MS.
The presentation will only take a very small amount of your time and we hope you find the experience useful. If you would like to request a school visit, please call the MS READaTHON Team on 01 678 1600.
