For 25 years I travelled the road of Multiple Sclerosis with my husband, Neil. Life was fun at times but MS never was. I have several unacceptable choice words to describe MS as a condition, but will refrain. MS Ireland was there for us when we needed them most so I'm giving the Readathon a go this year. I know times are difficult financially for everyone but anything you can donate will be much appreciated.
Throughout November I am taking a magical quest filled with adventure and mystery… and it’s all for an incredible cause. I am reading as many books as possible to raise funds for people living with MS and their families. Now, more than ever the MS community need services and support. Funds raised by readers like me around the country directly support vital services. Services such as the MS Ireland Information Line, one-to-one support for those newly diagnosed, physiotherapy and exercise classes to help people with MS remain independent as well as respite care.
