We are delighted to partner with The Book Shop.ie again this year.
Every child who fundraises this year will receive a €5.00 e-gift token to spend on the website, and the legends at The Book Shop.ie are generously sponsoring a whopping 50% of this!

Why not pool your e-vouchers together to avail of free shipping! Get your class involved and choose all your books at the same time.

How amazing is that?

Even more amazing is that not only do The Book Shop.ie sell thousands and thousands of  new books, but even more importantly they sell thousands and thousands of second hand books, which you can purchase for as little as €2.50!

Have I mentioned how AMAZING they are??

You can check them out here or follow them on FB or Instagram

This year we're delighted to announce that Eason are generously sponsoring the MS Readathon book bundles.

They will be providing a fantastic bundle of books for the libraries of the three top fundraising schools!

How great is that?

We've teamed up for a FOURTH year with our buddies at Languages Connect who are sponsoring two extra iPads!!
Do you have a bi-lingual bookworm at home or in your class or a child who'd like to challenge themselves a bit more by doing the MS Readathon in a language other than Irish or English?
To be in with the chance to win one of the extra iPads, participants must raise €50 or more and read and log books in a foreign language.

Languages Connect promotes the many advantages of learning foreign languages – making new friends, connecting with family, learning about other cultures and places, finding interesting careers and lots more.

If you have students in your class that have a heritage language other than English or Irish, we would ask you to encourage their parents to take this opportunity to read together in that language – enjoy sharing their language skills with another generation!

Maybe you just feel like trying something new – there are so many languages to choose from. If you need help deciding, check out the Explore Languages section of their website.

For ideas of what to read, check out the Reading List in their Library section.
