Amazing so heartwarming

I really enjoyed this book. It’s set in early 1900s London which I found quite fascinating. The main character is quite likeable and it’s very interesting to read what’s going on in her mind. The main plot is that her father ends up in prison and she has to give up school and work at a sweet factory. I wasn’t loving it during the first half which is why I deduced a star. Other than that though, I loved it. Show more Show less
