Watership Down

When I first picked up Watership Down I was dubious. A book about rabbits? It seemed a long shot. However, within a few chapters of the book I was immersed in this wonderful world. With Fiver’s prophesies and under Hazel’s leadership, the two lead a group of rabbits away from their doomed warren and embark on a dangerous quest to find a place to call home. You follow the group as they triumph and they fail. The book also has incredible detail and really paints a picture in your head. I would highly recommend this book. It may be long, but it’s worth the time. Show more Show less
